Здравствуйте! В августе этого года мы отдыхали в турции, ребенок болел и мы с ним лежали в больнице. По страховке нас туда возили, лечили и пр.
А сегодня пришло письмо, из турецкой больницы, в которой мы пролежали 5дн с ребенком. В письме написано, что наша страховая компания оплатила только половину суммы(покупали доп.страховку белросстраха на сумму 70000евро и ею пользовались), а належали на почти 5000евро.
Так вот, страховая компания оплатила 2700, а 2300евро мы должны оплатить в течение 15дн.
В страховой сказали звонить в пн , сегодня отдел по решению этих вопросов не работает.
Вопрос: если страховая попытается избежать оплаты, и мы не оплатим эту сумму - чем это нам может грозить в худшем варианте?
И какими должны быть мои действия сейчас?

"...you have recently got treatment in our hospital in turkey. We hope you are now fine and in best good health. During the follow up of the payment issues, your insurance and/or relevant assistance company notified us that your insurance company does not cover full medical costs(1016) but only 482 - of your treatment at hospital on 11.08.2011, due to the limits mentioned in your insurance policy.
As per the "Recognition of debt" document you had signed during your stay at our hospital, you are therefore requested to pay the remaining medical costs in the amount of 534 within 15 days to our bank accounts mentioned bellow.
In the failure to do so, we will have to entrust our affiliated lawyers in your country to take the file into legal process.
your earliest attention in the matter will be appreciated and we hope to hear from you at your earliest convenience."
Из письма выходит, что я превысила страховой лимит. Но в клинике никто такого не говорил, и денег с нас там не требовали.
Страховку смотрели, звонили и уточняли, что в нее входит, когда мы ложились.
Единственный нюанс в том, что когда мы ложились, подписывали соглашение с клиникой о том, что в случае неоплаты страховой компанией суммы лечения - оплачиваю я, но я была уверена, что страховки хватит с лихвой, сумма-то 70000у.е, а не 5000...
Вот, соглашение:
"Declaration and consent form.
I accept the medical treatment given at hospital and have been informed that:
- hospital is a private medical facility and my state insurance will not cover medical expenses incurred whilst at hospital.
- hospital has no connection with the european nor international - turkish social insurance agreements.
- i will remain responsible for the cost of all and any medical treatment received whilst at hospital, in case of non-coverage by my insurance.
- if the medical expenses are not paid or partially paid within 30 days after dischargement, hospital may refer the collection of unpaid dues or outstanding amounts to law offices having authority to settle and accept payments on behalf of hospital.
- I also declare that I obliged to pay hospital in case my insurance makes a defective or no payment. I personally know that I am able to claim reimbursement from my insurance company.
- I hereby authorize any hospital, physician or other person who has medically attended or examined me, to furnish my insurance company and their agents, all information pertaining to my medical history, including details off any illness or injury, consultation, prescriptions or treatment. "
